Our training courses are catered to healthcare providers, safety specialists, lifeguards, personal trainers, school staff, childcare providers, babysitters (11 years old and up) and anyone interested in creating a healthier and safer community. Our center serves Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Classes are offered regularly at our designated training location, as well as, off-site locations per request.

Very professional and knowledgeable!
Instruction was for Infant, Child & Adult CPR, AED, First Aid renewal training. It took approximately 2 hrs. Ms. Buggs was on time and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She questioned me to ensure that I understood the information correctly. I engaged in practical hands on experience as well as visual interactive learning by watching the video. I satisfactorily completed the test. Overall the training was excellent. I would highly recommend Ms. Buggs as a very efficient, professional and pleasant instructor.

Our CABS class had 13 teen agers attend. Victoria was great with the students, providing classroom instruction and hands on training.
